Concession stand

The concession stand is our biggest fundraiser and the place that we need the most help.

Funds raised in the concessions help to offset the cost of umpires, registration fees, maintenance, etc.  It is costly to maintain two complexes and there are not a whole lot of board member volunteers, and we are running ragged!  Most of our board members are also coaching because we couldn't get anyone to volunteer to coach those teams.  Those board members are traveling with their teams and also have to do concession duty as well. We HAVE to rely on the participation of our parents to help keep the concession running while trying to keep registration costs down. 

Unfortunately, due to the rising cost of... everything... we can't keep the concession costs down, but what those funds help offset is tremendous!

Please help us help your players.  We need a minimum of four people per scheduled time slot.  An older sibling can work if necessary, but keep in mind that you as the parent assume responsibility.  We do ask that little ones stay with someone while you work your shift as there are many hot to the touch items and we absolutely don't want any injuries.  Your team parent will be asking for volunteers for your teams scheduled time slots.  Once they have all the time slots filled, they will bring that information to the concession stands so we know who to expect.
