Little League requires birth certificate and proof of residency or school attendance showing the player lives in the Churchland boundaries before a player may practice or play.
You must provide either:
- Three proofs of residency dated between Feb 1 of last year and Feb 1 of this year OR
- A Little League school enrollment form signed by your child’s principal
If the school enrollment form is submitted, no additional proofs of residency are required. These items may be uploaded to your players Sports Connect account (the account on our website that you created to register your player) or brought to any of our in-person registrations.
You may find acceptable proofs of residence requirements here https://www.littleleague.org/downloads/residency-school-attendance-eligibility-requirements/
